In fulfilling the vision of True Light Baptist Church our services are conducted in a conservative and traditional manner. The preaching of God's Word is the focus of our worship as it is what God uses to speak and instruct His people. Our music is sung to prepare the hearts of the congregation to hear and respond to the preaching. In this we believe in the Scriptural teachings of singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs and do not want the fleshly influence of CCM, rock and roll, or rap music.

By conservative and traditional we do not mean boring and mundane. We believe in letting the Holy Spirit of God direct in the order of the services as we do not want to hinder God's control nor His blessings. Both the singing and preaching are rousing, refreshing, and relevant for today.

To our potential visitors, we do not have a dress code that you must follow to visit our church. You will find that most of the membership dress conservatively and that the preacher will dress in the manner befitting the office and calling of God.
